Berat Badan Lahir Rendah (BBLR) merupakan suatu kejadian dimana bayi lahir dengan berat badan kurang dari atau sama dengan 2500 gram. Kejadian berat bayi lahir rendah masih cukup tinggi di Indonesia, bahkan menjadi salah satu masalah kesehatan pada bayi baru lahir. Faktor penyebab BBLR adalah komplikasi kehamilan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan komplikasi ibu hamil Preeklamsia, dan Anemia dengan kejadian BBLR di RSUD Cililin. Metodologi penelitian ini deskriptif analitik Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah ibu yang melahirkan anak di Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Cililin Tahun 2021. Teknik pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan cara purposive sampling. Sampel kelompok kasus sebanyak 70 responden, dan sampel kontrol sebanyak 140 responden. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah rekam medik dan lembar ceklis yang berisi data riwayat preeklamsi, dan anemia. Analisis menggunakan chi square.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan ibu preeklamsi mengalami BBLR sebanyak 57,1% dengan OR 2,815, dan ibu anemia mengalami BBLR sebanyak 30% dengan OR: 4,187. Terdapat hubungan antara komplikasi kehamilan dengan kejadian BBLR. Rumah sakit dapat melakukan deteksi dini komplikasi kehamilan pada ibu hamil yang dapat menyebabkan BBLR.
Low Birth Weight (LBW) is an event where a baby is born with a weight less than or equal to 2500gr. The incidence of low birth weight babies is still quite high in Indonesia, even becoming one of the health problems in newborns. The cause of LBW is pregnancy complications. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between complications of pregnant women Preeclampsia, and anemia with the incidence of LBW in Cililin Hospital.
The methodology of this research is descriptive analytic with a case control approach. The population in this study were mothers who gave birth to children at the Cililin Regional General Hospital in 2021. The sampling technique was carried out by purposive sampling. The case group sample was 70 respondents, and the control sample was 140 respondents. The instruments used were medical records and checklists of history of preeclampsia, anemia. The analysis was performed using chi square. The results showed that preeclampsia mothers experienced LBW as much as 57.1% with OR: 2.815, and , anemic mothers experienced LBW as much as 30% with OR: 4,187, KEK mothers experienced LBW as much as 45.7 % with OR: 2,815, bleeding mothers experienced LBW as much as 30% with OR: 2,180. There is a relationship between pregnancy complications and the incidence of LBW. Hospitals can perform early detection of pregnancy complications in pregnant women that can cause low birth weight.
